The customer services is very poor they provide a contract in Bulgarian and not in English.. I picked up the car 5 hours late. I explained that I would be returning the car at 5.30pm. It was not explained that I need to return the car at 3.30pm and if that if I was 1plus hour late I would have to pay for an additional 80Euros!!. I booked the car through Wizz air and purchased Axa insurance as this was to cover any excess. Yet when I picked up the car they said the insurance was rubbish and I should pay an additional 10 euros a day for their insurance, which I did even though I had already paid the extra insurance through Wizz Air. The additional costs was more the fee for the car hire when booked through Wizz air. I certainly will not use this company again. I travel to Bulgaria a lot and normally use Hertz I tried this company as it was recommended by Wizz Air. But never again, the service was appalling there was no understanding and just very rude and obnoxious.

Bei der Rückgabe wurde es ebenso geweigert uns die Rechnung zu geben.Das habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt.

При връщане на колата служителя провери външния вид и каза, че трябва да провери горивото, след което започна да се разхожда по паркинга с оправданието че друг служител трябва да провери горивото. Горивото беше заредено до пълен резервоар в София и стрелката за гориво също показваше това.Нямах време да чакам защото полета ми беше скоро и си тръгнах знаейки, че съм заредил. За мое учудване ми беше изпратен имейл че липсват 11 литра гориво, оценени на 61 лева. Три пъти звънях да говора с офиса и не беше обърнато внимание на моите възражения. За мен не е възможно стрелката на бензиномер-а да показва пълно и да липсват 11 литра, което е 1/4 от резервоара. За мен това е кражба!
