The customer services is very poor they provide a contract in Bulgarian and not in English.. I picked up the car 5 hours late. I explained that I would be returning the car at 5.30pm. It was not explained that I need to return the car at 3.30pm and if that if I was 1plus hour late I would have to pay for an additional 80Euros!!. I booked the car through Wizz air and purchased Axa insurance as this was to cover any excess. Yet when I picked up the car they said the insurance was rubbish and I should pay an additional 10 euros a day for their insurance, which I did even though I had already paid the extra insurance through Wizz Air. The additional costs was more the fee for the car hire when booked through Wizz air. I certainly will not use this company again. I travel to Bulgaria a lot and normally use Hertz I tried this company as it was recommended by Wizz Air. But never again, the service was appalling there was no understanding and just very rude and obnoxious.
Not good rude and would not listen to our reasons and regarding later pick up of the car when we arrived
Customer service is very bad. They given us car 3 hours late. But when we return the car , we late half an hour, they tried to charge another days. Not recommended .
Had to do as Valko told him as he has no other options, nice guy but as a representative of the company I struggle to be more optimistic
This man was rude and disrespectful in our interactions with him.
I was not really happy at all that I had to pay 35BGN with the admin charge for %6 low charge

See above comments.... needs more customer service training........ very rude and rule bound but unable to explain the 'rules' ... I am sure she is trying to do her job but the lack of flexibility and refusal to allow access to more senior management along with her lack of empathy for customer's causes much distress.
Extremely rude and abrupt. Try to blame me for him to stay longer at job, which was extremely un-professional. Lied about the office closing time, as I was entering the terminal the office was still open after 2015 Chap was only I treating in charging more and more Didn’t know how to process looked confused most of the time Extremely disappointed experience I will have to think twice to use top rent in the future
