It took us more than 2 hours to get the vehicle back, without any apology from the staff. We extended the rental by one day, it took multiple attempts to finally receive a link to pay…. no commercial offer was proposed, worse, the price was very high compared to the rental of several days. As if that were not enough, there was a misunderstanding about the return time of the vehicle and there again we have to pay a huge price for 3 additional hours. I did not ask for 2 hours less rental when I waited 2 hours for my vehicle…. simply scandalous

- e-car is definitely not adapted to travel outside of Sofia - very poor infrastructure with so long charge process (more than 3h) ! - very low autonomy of the car - electricity charged during car return is more expensive that at charge stations - obviously nobody will spend 3 hour more to charge you the car one more time ! No sense ! - administrative charges of 15 don't exists in other european country. Why in Bulgaria ?

It’s a shame to rent a car in bad condition. You put my life, and others life in danger! I took a lot of videos of what happened: the bumper detached front and back detached every 30 minutes. Beside being in danger, it made my trip to be very long as I had to lower the speed and to often stop. I let you imagine the nightmare this trip was from Sofia to Bourgas and from Bourgas to Sofia. Another piece at the bottom of the trunk also detached. I also took a video if it. The agent was honest when she delivered the car telling me that it was not in so good condition but I was far away to the real BAD condition of that car. It shouldn’t be on the road until it’s repaired. I am not a guinea… Neither a stopgap (or naive) person that will pay full price for a broken car putting my life (and others one in danger). Life doesn’t have a price… You tried to profit of the maximum whatever is the condition of the car. I am not a client that in general complains a lot but this time your non professional and non safe behaviour made me to react. I insist to say that I have all the proofs of what I explained in this message. What could you propose to fix that?

Professional, smiley and honest. I guess when she said the car was not in condition, she didn’t know the real condition otherwise she won’t let le go with this car.
Not smiley, not very helpful. Stayed on his scope of work. Nothing else. But at least he recognized the bad condition of the car, so that’s a good point.

She tryed to overcharge for e few existant scratches. The boss told us that was nothing and cancelled the charge. Bill was nether sent ! Now i'am overcharched 180€ !!!

catastrophic. the gentleman invented a scratch on a rim that was present on the vehicle when we got it but so small that it was not visible or reportable

I was told the car had been serviced and that everything was good even if lights were on. Car didn’t run well on highway, losing power I took one trip to sliven which took longer and was painful. Then I only need the car for Sofia. I extended the rental twice and didn’t make a fuss about the issues. When I returned the car the agent told me a wheel cover was missing. The other 3 were old and damaged When the agent told me it was 40 euros I thought this was expensive for a piece of plastic … then she told me that there was a 30 eur admin fee and I lost it

Does not care about customers. All she could say was : it’s in the contract. I asked if she could her manager and she said no : call customer service Not helpful at all
