Искам информация защо са изтеглени £440 на 9 май след като имах само спукана гума която струва 250 евра включвайки административни разходи, Не съм получила и фактури за това. Моля пишете ми защото ако не получа информация ще потърся правата си влючително ще напиша на всички възможни социални форуми какво се е случило за да информирам потенциалните ви клиенти да не наемат кола от вас.
Аз съм лекар в Англия. Живея от 25 години тук и ще използвам всяка възможност за да информирам хората за изключителното лошо ниво на вашето обслужване във връзка с това, че изтегляте пари за щета за която сте дали различна сума при първоначалния разговор.

I believe I haven't been informed sufficiently about parking gate card and parking rules at Sofia airport while pick-up the vehicle. When I leave airport after pick-up vehicle, parking card was taken away at gate when I leave airport. When I return the vehicle, I arrived to Sofia Airport around 4:30 in the morning and I get in parking area with regular ticket since I had no longer parking card. I handed-over vehicles keys to drop-off agent Mr. Svetoslav around 8:30 in the morning ( I had a reservation till 17:00) since I had flight . He asked me to pay parking ticket. I disagreed and I told him I won't pay because I haven't been informed about parking rules at Sofia airport. According to me it is final destination of car and it's company's responsibility. Moreover I have been witnessed that other customers who arrived at the same time to airport got into parking area by using parking card , not via regular ticket. This is far away from standard service quality between customers. I discussed long with Drop-off agent and he told me customer service will send me e-mail and deduct money from my deposit. He didn't unlock my deposit and I had to catch my flight. That's way I had to leave. Kindly note that I request full-deposit refund since everything was good with car.

Dear Mr. Idriz, Thank you for your detailed review. Please, note, that free airport parking, included in the rental price is only for pick up and drop off proccess. Meanwhile if you need to park rented car at the Airport parking during your rent, you need to pay for this service to the airport staff. If you were returned the keys and the documents, just on time, you entered Terminal 2, this cost would be covered by us.
We are sorry, that there was a misunderstanding, but our colleagues act according to the Rental Agreement and you were charged for parking ticket from your deposit. The rest of amount will be unblocked automaticaly.

I’m a frequent customer but when you bring your car back a few hours late they will make a big problem and let you pay for a complete day extra. I understand when you book a time you have to bring it back around that time, but there is no difference in the payment if you book a later time when reserving the car. So they just charge you a day extra for no reason.
Therefore u advise To anyone who wants to book a car, just select the latest hour possible (+23 hours for each day) so you will not have to pay a big fine. If you bring it back earlier there is no problem.
Very bad loyalty program. You shouldn’t threat customers like this after booking multiple cars over the last years with top rent a car.

I didn't get my deposit back due to a tiny scratch that I didn't make.

he did not return my deposit because he found tiny scratch on the bottom of the bumper that can't be seen unless you sit down on the ground. I have been using rent a car for many years, but this is the first time that I have encountered such a check.

They charge you exorbitant additional costs based on terms and conditions that are provided only in Bulgarian, and conditions that were never mentioned whatsoever at the time of reservation or pickup. Would not recommend renting from this company.

I ordered a 2008 Peugeot with a navigator, but since there was no Peugeot, I was offered a t-rock with a navigator, I agreed. when I got the car, the navigator did not work, and the GPS that they gave me did not work either. it's a pity I ordered a car from you 4 times.

Добрый день!
Я арендовала машину 3 недели назад.
Я оплатила депозит за машину со своей наличной карты, не с кредитной карты.
2 ваших сотрудника не позволили мне заплатить с кредитной карты моего менеджера, а также наличными.
Прошло 3 недели, до сих пор депозит не возвращан на мой счет.
Он не был ЗАБЛОКИРОВАН, как говорят ваши сотрудники, оплата была снята, так как это не кредитная карта, я сообщала это вашим сотрудникам несколько раз.
Сегодня я была в моем банке и взяла выписку со счета и отправила вашему сотруднику Yasen Hajdutov по его запросу.
Также сообщила ему емейл моего банка, по его запросу.
Жду решение проблемы и возврата оплаты на мой счет в короткий срок!

Много разочарована този път да разбера, че няма трансфер от Терминал 2 до Терминал 1 в 4 часа сутринта, погледнах после имейла, с много малки букви пише, че има трансфер само между 9 и 17, липсват всякакви инструкции, че трябва да предвидя повече време, защото буса е на всеки 30-40 минути, за да си спестя 15 лв за такси.
