I don't think that I have to justify my rating any more. I can just advise your employees to be more respectful and more empathic. It's clear that the motto of the company is the customer is not right.

We came to return the car before our flight back, so we were in a rush. Igor looked over and checked for small things in a humiliating way. He blamed us for scratches and stuff we definently did not cause. We couldn't argue since we were in a rush to catch our flight but I very much hope you will reconsider these charges. We wanted to recommend you guys to others but because of him we probably will not.
