The provision of a vehicle is carried out after an assessment of circumstances related to:

• Identification and Documents
  • presentation of valid identity and driving licence documents
  • consistency between the provided data and the reservation details
• Financial Conditions
  • ability to provide the required deposit
  • use of a valid and accepted payment method
• Insurance Requirements
  • compliance with the conditions of the insurance coverage
  • ability to cover the risks associated with the rental
• Safety
  • availability of conditions for safe operation of the vehicle
  • absence of circumstances that may create a risk for the customer, employees, or third parties
• Customer Behaviour
  • compliance with established rules and procedures
  • behaviour allowing the normal and safe provision of the service
• Previous Relations

  • absence of identified violations and/or damages caused by a related person / contracting party connected to the customer, employees, or third parties

3. Possible decisions

Depending on the specific case, the company may:

• apply additional requirements (e.g. deposit or restrictions)
• offer an alternative option (e.g. a different vehicle)
• refuse to provide the service

Decisions are based on objective criteria related to risk management and rental conditions.
