The car it self was very good and the customer service as well. but at the drop off the car we couldnt find the docuements of the car, and now you want to charge us 200 ero just for the copy. this is not a way to treat your custeomers i'm very sorry. this is a way to lose customers from my opinion. please recheck it again best regards alon

He did his job I guess. But overall return process is slow. I dontt know why we couldn't sign it on the paper in the parking and go on with our process in the airport.
The car had a little sand on the seats and footwells, so your agent charged me a penalty for cleaning. This is ridiculous. You know that people returning cars are in a hurry and need to catch flights. So you think they will pay extra charges without making a fuss. It is a shame as I have rented from you in the past without a problem but now I will not use your services again.
