Never seen the person on drop off. I had to leave from Terminal 1 so drop the keys in the box.

Did not explain the deposit problem very well. His colleague had to explain that my deposit was frozen by the bank. I was worried that Top had taken my money and would not give it back. His friend explained that the money was in limbo. And no body had it. Also on the documents. I had to ask him many times to write and explain this. It all seemed very dodgy at the time. I thought I was being scammed. But we sorted it out in the end.
He played his role good but I don't belive even one word this gipsy said. He has some records in his computer and he doesn't even show me however they are shit. He has 2 weeks old photos which I didn't see and last 2 customers' records don't have any damage which I didn't see again. The scratch I paid for could happen at parking area before I took the car but no, customer must pay money..
